In order to manufacture and maintain its HydroPure Tri-Phase Centrifuge line of centrifuges, HydroPure has built a full service centrifuge repair facility located in Houston, Texas. HydroPure offers the following services:

• Two and three phase centrifuge, decanter, basket, and disk machine rebuilding and repair.
• ViscoTherm Backdrive repair.
• Centrifuge modifications to improve performance and increase machine life.
• Balancing.
• Field Services.

As an operator of its own centrifuge systems, HydroPure understands that a non-running centrifuge can cost an operator large amounts of money in lost revenue. HydroPure understands the "we need it yesterday" predicaments and will accommodate its customers in emergency situations. HydroPure offers the highest quality centrifuge repairs and modifications and will complete the job on time and for a reasonable price.

HydroPure also offers modification services to operators of two and three phase decanters to vastly increase the durability and reliability of their machines. These modifications are based on the erosion prevention technologies used successfully on the HydroPure Tri-Phase Centrifuge. The modifications greatly reduce the downtime and the future cost to repair the machines. The investment usually pays for itself within a few months.

HydroPure offers free pick-up and delivery in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region. HydroPure also offers expert field troubleshooting, repairs, start-up, and consulting services at the customer's location.

All repairs and modifications are fully warranted for one-year against faulty engineering and/or workmanship.

HydroPure also has an in-house welding and fabrication shop capable of building turn-key skids, containers, and trailers to fit the customer's needs. HydroPure can also outfit centrifuge systems with controls to address a wide range of needs, depending on the customer's application requirements.
